God Bless My Friends by Hannah C. Hall is a sweet little book about friendship.  The book teaches young children to appreciate friendships even if their friends are not exactly like them.  Children learn that friends help each other out.  They sometimes depend on each other to get things done.

God Bless My Friends is illustrated with pictures of different animals and insects.  A little bee and a little lady bug appears on each page.  It’s fun for kids to find them.

The illustrations are colorful and appealing but not too bright.  The colors are softer and easy on the eyes.

I love that this little book teaches children to thank God for their friends.  I especially like the last page.
God shows his kindness to us all
Through friendships that He sends
Big or small, short or tall -
God bless my greatest friends!
The pages of God Bless My Friends are thicker than typical pages.  I consider it a board-book although the pages are not as thick as the other board-books in my preschool book collection.  The book is durable.  It should last a while in a toddler/preschool/childhood environment where books get lots of love.

God Bless My Friends is a 2016 “God Bless Book,” published by Tommy Nelson Publishing.  It is illustrated by Steve Whitlow.

My toddlers and preschoolers enjoyed the book.  I’m sure your kids will love it too!
